Dragonball AF

I love many different types of anime, but the original dragonball is what I grew up on and the 1st anime. There have been many speculations and rumors about DBAF back in 1997 after the end of DBGT. It was found out to be an April Fools joke and many fans were saddened. Toriyama  (the creater) has publicly stated that he has no intentions of continuing the series, but still fans say that eventually db will be back. There are plenty of Fanfics and dojins that have sprang up from the AF joke, but none being the official work of Toriyama. I have come across one dojin by Toyble. It's just started but I can already tell it's going to be really good. His art is almost on Toriyama level and in some parts I couldn't even tell it was a dojin. If you like Dragonball you have to check out Toyble's Dragonball AF.

http://blog.livedoor.jp/toyble/ is toyble's site. It's in japanese...sadly I don't know enough japanese to read the raws.

http://desirecampbell.com/project/dbaf/ Desire Campbell has been putting the translated DBAF up on here. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

One of my favorite sites to read Manga. They're quick on the updates and have a huge collection to choice from. They two new features recently. A mobile version, which is handy for me because I'm always on my iPhone and it's a quick way to get my fix anywhere. The other feature is the beta version on the site. I use it often because I can bookmark my favorite mangas and it keeps track of what chapters I've read. Keeping track was a hassle for me, back in the day, because I'd read so many different ones. Right now my favorites are Bleach, One Piece, and Naruto. Full Metal Alchemist just finished up. I loved both versions of FMA animes. I can never get enough FMA. Now they did have a problem a while back with mature/suggested series and had to take them off. Recently they created a sister site(not as fancy looking) that has them on there. There is a link to it on One Manga. Some people might think it's bad to read manga online instead of
buying them. They claim the author isn't getting any money. Well that maybe true. But I know that there are a few people like myself that like to crack open a manga or any book and get a peak to see if we like it. Why buy something your not going to like? I read my manga and watch my anime online. But I also buy my favorites. I have a whole book self 7 feet tall full of anime and mangas. I fully support the artists with as much as i can. If the artist don't get any money can expect them to keep drawing and writing?

Go check out http://www.onemanga.com If you're here reading this. I'm pretty sure you'll like it.
